Best Roll Up Cover March 8, 2007

I got this cover for my Nissan and have to say it is the best soft roll up cover I have ever used. I had the snap on type on my Dodge truck and that was a real pain in the cold weather. This cover remains supple in freezing temps and can be rolled up from one side with just one person. I have used it in 20deg temps with absolutely no problem. It seems to have more of a rubber or silicon feel to it rather than a harder plastic/vinyl feel my other ones had. Also the feature of having all the bars connected to the cover is fantastic. I have lost a few rear bars on the old style when I forgot to take them out after I rolled it up-never again.
The cover self velcros when unrolling and then the bar spring locks into the rear of the channel-which stretches it tight. You have to open the tailgate and release the rear bar from each side to roll it back up. Since my tailgate automatically locks when shut this cover can't be opened and gives me a better feeling of security.
I think the construction and materials used for this product are of high quality and would certainly buy this cover over any others out there. It was money well invested considering my last truck had a tonneau on it for 7 years. Buy this one over the snap on and you will know you made the right decision.
