Installed very easily ... looks great ... drives great. The rails install on the inside side of the bed sides. This leaves the top of the bed sides open, and available if needed, and in my opinion makes it look better. If you ever need to haul anything that extends above the bed sides and requires the full width, the rails will need to be removed (not a hard process)
